What is the difference between the park hopper tickets and the park hopper plus tickets? Can I re-enter the park after I have left with park hopper tickets? Can I go to Blizzard Beach and Magic kingdom on the same day with regular park hopper tickets? Is it cheaper to buy from the Disney website or somewhere else?

Park Hoppers work at all 4 main parks,
AK, MK, MGM & Epcot. You could go to all four in one day
if you want. Returning to a same parks in the same day still
requires a hand stamp...

the park hopper tickets are only good at the 4 main theme parks. You can go in and out of these as often as you like on the same day (get your hand stamped before you leave the first park )
The park hopper plus tickets are good at these plus they have extras that allow you to enter the water parks, pleasure island, wws. Depending on how many days you buy you get more extras. If you go to just the theme parks you can still bounce from park to park and only use one day. If you go to the mk and blizzard beach on the same day using a park hopper plus ticket, you would use one day from the ticket and one of the plus features from the ticket. If you buy a 5 day with 2 pluses, it is sort of like having 7 days worth of stuff as long as you don't use the plus attractions on the same day as one of the theme parks.

If you want to go to a water park, Pleasure Island or WWOS, you ahve to have a PH Plus,

If you go to a major park and[B/] a water park on the same day, you use a day and a plus.

If you go to two of the plus places on the same day (say BB in the day and PI that night, or BB in the morning and TL in the afternoon), you use 2 plusses on one day. Make sure you get enough plusses on the pass you buy (or you can buy one-day tickets to the plus places).
