One of my DH's employees uses Undercover Tourist all the time (he is a DVC member and goes to WDW 2xyear) and he has never had any problems with them. I haven't used them myself yet, but am planning to when we go in April.

We have ordered from them two times and my mother and sister have used them one time each. Going through the mousesavers link you will get the best price on Disney tickets than anywhere else. They also have great customer service and will answer any questions you have either by phone or email. We have purchased 10 day hopper/no expiry tickets from them 2x over the last two years and have never had any problems. 100% recommended and you will save alot of money!

Depending on the ticket, you save anywhere from $6 off of gate to $48 off of gate price.

A few years ago I saw a lot about Ticket Mania and I used them with no problems. Haven't seen Ticket Mania mentioned lately. They also have good prices, and different deals (ticket configurations) than Undercover Tourist. I'm not sure yet which I'll use, but it'll be one of them.
