I will be going to Orlando in July 2008. Will I be able to buy the 2 Parks 7 day unlimited passes in July this year? I will want to purchase the advance version. I want to get them the week or so before we go ... Will they still be offered later this year?

I would suggest you buying them now. The special could end at any time so no one knows if they will still be available in July. You could select electronic pickup so you wouldn't have to carry them around before the trip.

::yes:: ::yes::

you can't beat the price - so get them now with electronic pickup :thumbsup2

I went to universal years ago... I would like to go back with my family, but we are going to seaworld this year.

I know the universal tickets are non-expiring. Has anyone kept them for several (2-3) years without using them? Would it be worth buying that far ahead?

Thanks in advance. You guys are great at helping me!!

It would be well worth it to buy them now cause you never know how much they will go up in the next 2 - 3 years and since they never expire buying them now is not too far ahead :thumbsup2

I do the print at home option....this way I can print extra tickets just in case they get lost. I fold them into ticket size and seal in a snack size ziplock bag.

Would anyone be so kind as to post a link for the non-expiring tickets. :goodvibes
The only ones I can for are for 7-day 2 park admission. I would be more interested to purchase the non-expiring ones though, as I have another trip this November.

The 7 day 2 park ticket is the non expiring the only thing they will say is expires 6 days after 1st day use

Hmmm, that is the link I was looking at before... I am not usually this thick, but I can only see that the ticket will expire after seven days of first use. :confused3 Can someone help me out, by telling me how to get the 7 days to be non-expiry? Thanks!

You aren't thick headed. . .it can be confusing.

The 7-day 2 park tickets being discussed here don't have a "use by" date, if you will. So, you could purchase them now, wait 3 years to go, but once you use them they will expire 6 days after that. They are good for 7 consecutive days. . . not 7 days whenever you want to go. Is that clear as mud now?? :confused3

If you want to go more than once a year, you might look into annual passes.

Thanks! All clear now! I guess with two trips planned, I will need the annual pass.

I've been off the boards awhile, so forgive me if this is a stupid question. But are the 7 day, 2 park tickets that are $80 ish the same as the ones that used to be $87? I still have 2 of the $87 tickets that I purchased last year. I'm a little confused because on the DISboards front page there is a link to the $87 tickets. But the tickets linked in this thread are for $80.

Yes...I believe so. The seven day non-expiring tickets are $79.99 plus tax. They expire 6 days after first use if you don't activate the tickets, there is no expiration date.
