Tickets?

Sorry, but this is my first visit to Disney in 17 years (last time I was in high school). I just got our package in the mail and there are no park tickets. Is this normal? The receipt seems to be correct. It mentions the 6 day Magic Your Way Park Hopper, but I was expecting physical tickets (like you get at a theater). Should I call, or is this ok?

Did you buy a package? If so then you will not get any physical tickets. When you check in at your resort you will get a plastic room key that is encoded with your ticket information. You will use that one plastic card as your key, your ticket and as your charge card if you wish. Have fun on your trip - you will be amazed at how much Disney has changed in 17 years!

Woo hoo sounds like you're all set for a great trip. As long as you have that confirmation paper showing everything correctly that's all you need. Now sit back & relax, read the boards obsessively & start the countdown!
