Just to lt people know, I finally got through to Disney and they had my wrong address. Some donkey had taken my address down the wrong way. Before anyone thinks I may have given the wrong address, I didn't. I always spell mine out because ther is another address near me, within 3 miles that sounds the same. The mistake has now been rectified and the tickets are on the way. However, this does not detract from the poor response I have had from Disney.
