I have ordered Disney tickets from Travel City and they are sending vouchers. How difficult is it to change these once at the parks? Is it just the once I have to hand them in and then get tickets?

Just go to guest services to exchange them, not a problem

If possible go to guest services at Downtown Disney the night you arrive or prior to going to the parks to save having to queue on the day

It took seconds, but remember to take photo id with you and all members of your party you are collecting tickets for need to be present!
