Tickets verification question.

On Monday I bought tickets at the Disney official site (the Brazilian version) and soon as I bought it, the site said an confirmation e-mail would be sent so I could show at the day I get my tickets with an I.D and the credit/debit card used. But it didn't received it yet. I contacted them yesterday by sending an e-mail in Portuguese but no answer yet. Help!

Yes, I did.... And also, I bought in the same day with the same card and using the same e-mail Universal Tickets, and quickly (obviously not automatically) the confirmation was sent and I printed it out.
