Tickets through my union-but what about FastPass+

I can get WDW hoppers through my union for a great price, but I'm concerned about the ability to obtained FastPass+ with them prior to our trip.

"After the 3 business day processing period, you will receive a confirmation email from a PEF MBP staff member. The email will include a PDF containing your confirmation number that you will need to print out and bring with you to the park to exchange for your actual ticket. It is not acceptable to show the confirmation number on any electronic device, such as a mobile phone. You must provide the PDF printout."

Because there's a confirmation number, will I be able to add that to my Disney Experience to book ahead of time? Does anyone have any experience with this?
