Tickets Purchased @ Disney Store

Depending on when you purchased the tickets, the no expiration option may not have been available a that time. That option was just added a few months ago. For a long time, we were told to tell the guests that they had to add that option down at the parks if they wanted it and we just had a general price range for how much additional it would cost for that option. I've been working at my store for many years now and I've been through MANY different ticket options. Sorry about your experience. The next time you go to purchase tickets, ask the CM to go over the option with you to make sure that both of you and the CM are on the same page.

:)

I bought the tickets March 2005. . . I did go over every little detail because things sounded "too good to be true" which maybe, should have been a heads up. But on the other hand, I don't work for Disney (would love to though :thumbsup2 ) so I did trust the CM. . . I am glad to hear though that they have added that option at the stores. It makes everything so much easier!

I bought tickets at a disney store yesterday! The ones we bought are just base tickets. They are really cute. They are hard plastic like credit cards. We got one with minnie for me and one with mickey for my husband.

I just got 7 day Park Hoppers with No Exp. from the DS the other day.. forgot exactly how much though. So, it IS definately possible to get the No Exp. on them. We chose a mickey card. (And ours are purple, but like another poster said, you can't pick the color, just the character.) And they are nice sturdy cc-like material.
