Tickets printed at home?

so I printed my tickets at home and I know it says I need to bring a photo id the day we go.
my question is does the ticket get turned in for a band and do I need the ticket from park to park?

yes, it will be needed to enter each park and to ride Hogwarts express. this is why lanyards are so popular at universal
