Hi,

As on my other post about dining options, I would like to have some help from you about options buying tickets. I think we would go only once a year for about 9 or 10 days, or maybe once every other year for the same days or up to 14 days.

Any help?

As always thanks so much!!!

One very nice perk for DVC members is an approximately $100 discount on annual passes.

A 10 day parkhopper pass from Undercovertourist is about $300 which includes all taxes.

An annual pass is about $369 with the DVC discount. I don't know if there's extra taxes which are added to this.

If you are only going once a year, and during that trip going into parks 10 days or less, I think you are much better off with a 10 day park hopper.

You may "go" 9,10, or 14 days but how many days do you need park admission? Once you know that, compare the cost of the AP to discounted admission tickets from a discounter.

Depending upon our schedule we buy either APs or non expiring 10 day passes.

We usually do ten day hoppers for everyone but one person - one person gets an annual pass - that AP allows them to purchase the TiW (DDE) card. We, however, spend a lot on table service food and beverages - enough to make one AP worthwhile.

we go once a year for 6 or 7 days with all the kids, but we overlap our visits and get two trips out of an AP.

ie. - one year go first week in april, get an AP, and then the next year go last week in march to get another week out of the AP.

we usually go alone for 4 days too so it is definitely worth the AP for mum and dad.

That sounds great, we are six but usually travel with my DP and my single DSister. That makes a total of nine people.

I was thinking on TiW, but I don´t need AP for all of us (as we are only going once per year).

So, if what you mention is posible, then it is a very good idea to buy hoppers for eight and an AP for the nineth, to get the TIW card.

If we do that could we (all nine) get the discount on dinning if only one have the TIW/AP??

Thanks!!

The TiW discount is valid for a party of up to 10 Guests.
