Tickets online With Disney... What is wrong?

I have tried to go onto Disney's website for several days and buy 7 day park hopper tickets. I currently have 2 annual passes but will be taking 6 more people with us in June and need tickets for them. When I go onto the website it shows the price for 4 day passes with park hopper. When I click on 7 days with park hopper and add to my cart it still only shows 4 day hoppers. This is getting so freaking frustrating and has been doing it since I first tried a week ago. I really do not want to call Disney, wait on hold for a long period of time and talk to a CM. Is there a trick or something I'm doing wrong?

I would just call, the last few times I called they were really helpful and it did not take me long at all no time on hold either or you can try the online chat
