okey dokey...yet another question... in planning for an extended fam. trip (yay) I just discovered that one member of our party,who is checking in with us when we arrive,and has all the same fp+ booked, will be getting there a day or two ahead of us, and probably using his rfid ticket to get in the park.(he intends to add some days to make up for it later) my question..... His ticket is already linked to his name in MDE,and we booked the number of FP+ days we were entitled to (5)- what hapens when he decides to go in a day ahead, and swipe his card for entry? anything? I assume the rfid ticket will work for entry,right? will this blow up our FP+ we made for when we arrive? (urggggg) he will be staying offsite somewhere till we meet up on our checkin day

If he has a five day ticket and uses it a day early his last day of FP+ selections will be dropped. It shouldn't bother anyone else's. If he wants to add a couple of days he should do that at Guest Relations before going into a park.

Ok... well I was under the impression from these boards that using the ticket to get into a park before upgrading is the way to go..since these are UT ,and a slight discount off gate price and all....that still holds,right? SO let me see, if he uses the ticket on a Sunday,then upgrades by adding a few days that same day, he shouldn't lose his FP+ for later in the week,since he will now possess a longer ticket,right?

still wondering..... if it's worth it to make him learn the 'lingo' and upgrade before I get there,on his first day, to avoid losing any fp+...... sure...it's easy enough for HIM to relax!
