I can't believe I did this but we are 4 hours into our drive and realized we left our park tickets at home!!! Ugh! I guess we are so used to not having separate tickets for Disney that we completely forgot them! We bought the tickets through Undercover Tourist. I had a friend go to my house and get them, he will overnight them if necessary. I just tried calling undercover tourist and got a message that their hours are Monday through Friday 8-4. I have pics if the tickets, does anyone know if they can just reissue the tickets and I can pick then up in FL? I am still in shock that we did this! Any advice is appreciated!

Since you have pictures, I would call US and see what they say. Disney certainly can reissue from the picture (btdt). If US can't... overnight is probably your best option.

Good Luck!

go to guest services at UO.
take the ticket pics with you.

they can scan the bar code to verify they are valid tickets, and probably reissue them.

why don't you call UO guest services now so you will be able to sleep better tonight?

Definitely ring them up! They are so helpful at guest services there! I can't imagine they would say no If you can prove they are valid! Make sure you have ID and the credit card you paid for them with you!!

UPDATE: we had my friend send us pics of the tickets. Went to guest services and had them reprint so no need for him to mail to us! We aren't going to the parks until Tuesday but wanted to get it taken care of ASAP! It was super easy!

So the lesson in all of this is if you are going to be a dummy like me and leave your tickets at home, just make sure you have pics or copies of them and you will have no issues having them reprinted at guest services!!!

I bought my daughter a hard ticket from one of the ticket sellers' websites, and although it's in the giant envelope and ready to go with us tomorrow, I just took a photo of her ticket JUST IN CASE. Thanks for this warning. If something happens to her ticket during our trip, we'll have a backup, and it's good to know Universal is so helpful in these situations.

Enjoy your trip! We'll be there tomorrow night!

We leave tomorrow too..:wave2:

When we bought our tickets this past Thursday (we had two day vouchers we were upgrading to power passes) the very nice guy at guest services told me to take pictures of all of our passes. That way, if you forget to bring them, lose them, etc. it is very easy for them to reissue the tickets.

Glad it worked out for you and great tip on the pictures! The first pics taken this year will be our tickets before we leave home.
