Tickets from Undercover Tourist

I've used them for Universal tickets and they were great. I waited too long and ordered fairly close to my trip. I paid extra to have expedited shipping, but due to delays from the crazy winter weather, the tickets ended up arriving after I left.

UT keeps records of all the tickets they sell. They emailed me a photocopy of my tickets and I was able to take them to Universal guest services and exchange for physical tickets with no problems!

One time I ordered a ticket for a friend and had it sent to her house. UT called me to verify since it was a different address.

After I told them it was OK, they upgraded my shipping for free because of the "delay".

We were going to use UT for our upcoming trip but my wife now gets a discount through her work for Disney tickets and it is actually cheaper than UT so we went with those instead. We had never used UT before but from what everyone else said on here we were set to purchase them until we found them cheaper from her work.

They have great customer service; I have used them for years. They send me the tickets in a week or so and I just link them to the MDE.
Very easy.

Agreed.

From UCT:

Hi! Can someone explain to me what is a will call location?

"...you must exchange this E-Ticket at a will call location for a RF-enabled ticket before admission."

Where are will call locations? and what are RF-enabled tickets?
I'm purchasing tickets from abroad, so getting original tickets delivered home isn't an option :(
Thnx!

You can exchange your E-Ticket at a ticket sales window outside any of the four theme parks. (The Magic Kingdom's ticket windows are at the TTC.) You can also do it at any of the outside Guest Services locations at those parks, or at one of the two Guest Services locations at Downtown Disney. Some of these places may be signed as Will Call and others not, but all have the same capabilities regardless.

"RF-enabled" refers to the current-generation plastic tickets that can communicate with the Disney database system. If you stay at a non-Disney hotel, as I almost always do myself, the ticket "remembers" how many entitlements it has and which FastPasses you have.

bought those very same 3 day park hoppers with 4th day free tickets a couple of weeks ago. I looked everywhere (including my Union discount site) and, although a few sites had cheaper tickets, when you added in fees/shipping/coffee money for the staff, UT was cheaper. Ordered the ticket on a Thursday, got it the following Tuesday. Immediately linked it in my MDE account. Now every time I check, I see a 4 day park hopper assigned to me!!!!! So exciting!

And unless things have changed, you can pick up your will call tickets from the resort concierge desk if you are staying at a Disney resort.

We've been using Undercover Tourist for WDW (and Universal) tickets since 2010. They are fantastic. I highly recommend them. On our last two vists, they've sent tickets with codes that can be entered and linked to MDE.

Before I used them the first time I didn't really know so I researched to have reassurance, then used them and had no problems. The tickets got here promptly and worked fine, so the high recommendation is deserved. As long as you get faster shipping it won't take long. I ordered some more from them right before no expiration was being discontinued, we'll use those next time

We've used them for both Disney and Universal tickets and have never had a single issue. You may have to confirm a large order over the phone to protect against fraud. After you purchase tickets you can get their travel agency rates for rental cars too.

Just received our WDW and US/IOA tix today!!! Buying from UT was quick, painless, and a few dollars cheaper than the gate. Also offered the 5-day/same-as-4 type tix. Now we have extra days at the parks that I'm not sure how to squeeze in! What a nice problem!
