So like everything that I get at a discount I worry if it's legit.

Has anyone bought US tickets through Undercover Tourist and have you had any trouble using them at the gate?

Thanks in advance.

We bought our tickets from them for our trip last November (over $800 worth). I would definately use them again :thumbsup2.

Thanks all! I feel much better now.

Do we have to show picture ID everytime we use them?

Only once in the four days was I asked to see ID. Totally legit company, used passes from them with no issues at allin March. I plan to use them again in February.

You don't really save anything buying through Undercover Tourist. When I checked their 2 day 1 park tickets were $125 per person. You can get them through Universal for $115 (in advance online- now at the gate US is also $125). Now you have to pay shipping through Universal but when you are buying 5 tickets that $50 is worth paying $14 for shipping.

ETA: ALSO, when you buy your tickets directly through Universal online, during your check our process they offer you to add the park to park feature to your tickets for only $10 more, which normally costs $20 more. So you can save even more buying from US online.

The prices listed on Universal's website don't include tax either, so it should be even more expensive to purchase directly through Universal. Undercover Tourist prices include tax and shipping.

You are right I looked at my receipt. The undercover tourist price would have been $625.00 for our 5 tickets and I paid $631 with shipping. So it would have saved me 6 dollars to use them. But you can't upgrade to park to park through UT for $10 each. That would still save you money using UO directly.

I've always found UT to be the cheapest option in recent years, but some folks here on the boards have reported better prices from AAA... always good to check around.

To confirm what everyone else says, UT is as legit as they come. Great customer service, too.

Totally legit! We saved money off of their online prices...even if we had used the AP at-gate discount. Of course, when we decided to upgrade hubby and son's to passes, we lost that discount but gained a future trip, so it was worth it.

Checked email. One adult and one child, four day park to park, with undercover was 293.88.

Bought after the last price increase, and prices now are the same. One adult one child, four day park to park, through universal, once taxes are added, 322.72.

It then says...
Shipping: No charge on select ticket types with Kiosk Pick-Up & Print@Home options.

I don't know if they would qualify, so I can't fully compare it, but even without any possible shipping or convenience charges, you can see that there was a savings of nearly thirty bucks for just two tickets for us....

I had not heard of this site so THANK YOU for this thread! We're going to save $62 on 4 of the adult 3-day park-to-park passes.

Here's another tip: if you have an American Express card and have earned 18,500 rewards points, you can get a 3-day park-to-park adult pass FREE!!! That saves $150 right there.
