Hi All!

Does anyone have a tips for where I can pay the least for tickets to Disneyland in CA?

Also Im thinking of going there for the Halloween thing they have going on. Does anyone know anything about it?

Thanks a lot!

I noticed that you are from San Diego. So Cal residents can get the Southern California Select Annual Pass for $129. I bought one yesterday for my mom because it would have cost $132 for a 2 day hopper ticket, and this way she can go more than once a year. There are block out dates on the pass which you can find on the disneyland website. You will also find info on the Halloween event, and I noticed that quite a few dates are already sold out.

Is this SCSAP available on the Disneyland website?

Yes they are. They'll ask for your zip code first, then they will let you go to the so cal specials site.

For me, DCA isn't worth a separate ticket, but I would do a hopper to it. It is usually less crowded than DL, and there are a few pretty good rides. Soarin' is the best, and Grizzly River Run and California Screamin' are also quite good. Of course there is also the Tower of Terror and Monsters, Inc. ride. We usually spend around 3 or 4 hours in this park because there isn't that much for our younger children to do.

There is a kids' ride area, Bug's Land, and a few of the other things like Jumpin' Jellyfish and Mulholland Madness that are enjoyed by my kids. We enjoy going into the Animation building for a nice cool rest, and go to see Turtle Talk with Crush there. I personally prefer DL because it just feels more Disney, but DCA is ok, and will only get better in the next few years with all of the changes that are planned.

For me Disney Store was the cheapest $20 less than Disney.com.

BUT I got 2 extra days & 2 EE days ('08 special?) thru getawaytoday.com - call & see what works best for you.
