If you're staying for 6 nights, how many days would you buy park tickets for? Would you get 5 day passes and not do the parks on arrival day or departure day. Or would you get a 6 day pass and book it to one of the parks as soon as you get there? I'm thinking I would probably want to do that. We'll be staying at CR so we'll be so close to the MK. But, we don't have flights yet so don't know what time we'll get there. Hmmm, are these easily changeable, if I decide I want one less day?

We also were there for 6 nights. We got an early morning flight and went to the park the first day. A 6 day is only a few bucks more than a 5 day anyhow, so why not?.

LOL! You know, I didn't even compare the two prices. Perhaps I should do that first, huh? Thanks. :teeth:

ETA: My bad. I just checked the prices. You're right there's only a few dollars difference. Problem solved!!!!

We are planning to hit the parks on arrival day for our upcoming trip, but we are driving and plan on getting in before noon. The cost difference was so minimal, we decided to go for it!
On the other hand, when my family flew down in 2000, I was very glad we did NOT plan on the parks for arrival day. We were supposed to land in Orlando around 10:30 am...due to weather, our flight did not leave Chicago until well after that. Back then we had PHP's with no expiration.
Maybe you could purchase the 5 day tix ahead of time and upgrade when you get there (??)

This is a no-brainer for me (which is good -- because sometimes I leave it at home). A 10 day adult MYW no expiry, Premium, with park hopping and Magic Plus, hold the anchovies is only 21% more than a 5 day ticket with the same features.

These are the ticket prices using the Mousesavers newsletter discounts. The 10 day ticket is cheaper than either the 8 day or 9 day.
