Tickets disappeared from app

I noticed my park hoppers disappeared from my app. They are the Canadian ones that now expire Dec 2021. When I try to link the barcode back it says it has already been entered. I re-installed the app and still nothin'
Not that I am going anywhere anytime soon, but anyone else?

When you re-installed, did you log in again? I know that may be a silly question, but an easy thing to overlook.

I have PH for DLR, and mine are still there.

I tried all the tech stuff....nothing worked. BUT then today I just noticed my MORE REWARDS that I used to pay for the passes have been refunded back to my rewards account. So, I guess I have NO parkhoppers Maybe parkhoppers will not be around for a while....

Were your tickets for WDW or DLR? I bought ours directly through Disney with the Canadian Resident deal (prior the pandemic), so that might be the difference.

DLR bought with More Rewards (they use Expedia) with the Canadian Discount. I think they have simply been cancelled

I was surprised! They just showed up back in my account. We are going to redeem them for a TV instead and save up again

Same! I think we have the same ones (Cdn vouchers) bought with air miles? That "expires in Dec 2030" we know isn't actually correct.
