I purchased resort/tickets package last night for our upcoming December 2021 trip. This is only my second time visiting DLR (but decades since), and our first with kids. While purchasing tickets, I read a note that said our tickets would be available at the resort for pick up, but below that note it also asked for our address info for shipping purposes. I assumed we’d also get something via email with the tickets info/barcode, but I only received an email confirmation with the hotel info and number of tickets purchased (along with names from each guest). Every post I’ve read says that I should have been given an option on whether I wanted to have tickets mailed to me or received via email, but I didn’t see any options for that while completing purchase. In the past, while purchasing our WDW tickets we’d always get the e-tickets sent via email, even while staying on site so I am a bit confused by this. I figured I’d give it a couple of weeks to see if they arrive in the mail before calling guest services, but was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if this is just common when purchasing DLR, particularly during these covid-times.
