Tickets changed on MDE

I purchased "5 day 1 park w/5 fun visits" from UT, I added them to MDE and linked them but when I received the email it said "5 day park hpr w/5 fun visits". I went back to MDE and it had also changed to "park hpr", I first I thought it was just a glitch but it's been a month now and never changed back. Did I get an upgrade for free or is it really a glitch?

It appears you received some pixie dust - a great glitch.

Disney's MDE is very precise when it comes to the tickets you have linked - MDE shows the exact description of the tickets you possess. Have a wonderful time park hopping!!

So, my tickets have changed again, this time all they say is "tickeration template", i'm not even sure "tickeration" is a word! I've been on the phone for 45 minutes now and everyone is completely confused. ):

Tell them your "tickerations" are park hoppers! Hope everything works in your favor and you receive some great "Guest Recovery."

Finally off of the phone and I still have "tickerations" the issue should be resolved in 3-4 days, they will send an email when it is resolved. I hope this doesn't mess up my fastpass because my 60 day mark is this Wednesday.

Is your FP area of MDE still showing an open 30-day window? If it is, then the window will expand to 60 when you hit your 60-day onsite reservation mark.

My tickets were changed back to the original ones (no hoppers) on Tuesday and I was able to do all my fastpasses last night with no problems!
