Tickets at Mapleleaf

Does anyone know if these can be upgraded to an annual pass once you're there? Thanks!

Got our tickets today and they say they are good for 14 consecutive days. :confused3 Does that mean we have 14 days or 7 days to use up in 14 days? Also, how can I make sure they are the park to park passes. I like to "hop" when I'm at Universal since it is so close to get to each park.

hey, ours say 14 consecutive days, too. they also say "2 park bonus," so that sounds like hopping, right?

i was going to call them tomorrow to see if they wanted me to swap them out for 7 day passes, unless these are 7 day passes... i'm confused, too.

i called --- they ran out of the 7 day tickets so sent 14 day tickets as a freebie upgrade!!! act now if you want this deal because he said they only have a limited supply left.

they do "hop"

Wow! That is great customer service. I will def look at using them again. Thanks for calling and asking about it.

Just wanted to let everyone know ticket was received in less than 2 weeks.
It's the type of ticket that has to be counter-signed at each visit.
Yeah! No finger scan, lol.:)

Just used mine...and you WILL finger scan. At least Universal had all in my party do it...

Dang! Did you have to do the counter-sign also? I'd be seriously bummed.

Nope, but they will want you to write your name on the ticket so you know who's is who's. We mixed up our tickets the first day ( I carried all of them without knowing which was which ) and instead of having us waste time testing each ticket to the finger scan they dumped them all and had us re-do them.

I got the 14 day 2 park bonus ticket also, and when I googled it, it came up as a UK ticket. At first I thought it was because I used the discount code from the moneysavingexpert listed earlier in this thread (It's apparently a UK website). But I got the same explanation as some here, that they ran out of the 7 day and substituted the 14 day, and I could use it as a US resident! Now to figure out when I can get there with my very busy DD.

I know I am probably being a nervous nelly:rolleyes1 but has anyone actually used or know anyone who has used these tix? I am ready to buy ..assuming there is any left....but I have this fear that I will spend all this money (there are 5 of us-- 2 adults/3 kids--) and then get to orlando only to be told that they are no good:scared1:..someone please reassure me:flower3: This is our first trip to US/IOA too and I want everything to go as smoothly as possible:cool2:

Read back a few posts -- someone used them.

Thanks for posting this info, I just purchased these yesterday!

I know a PP has already said these work, but if any other posters have success, could you report back? I'm sure it would make a few of us feel better. This almost seems like one of those to good to be true deals ... and I bought the tickets for three couples, so they'll all be mad at me if there is a problem :scared1:

:headache: I guess I waited too long...I went to buy just now and it's no longer there...DARN IT!!!

I bought with full confidence. We had also purchased a batch of cheapie ($99) 7-day tickets from AAA back in Feb. I just think that the outlets had a batch of these older tickets on hand that they were able to sell before they started to sell the newly-priced tickets.

It makes sense to me. When Universal raised their prices, they couldn't possibly contact every ticket outlet who had actual, physical tickets in inventory to tell them to chuck that supply. Some would have been accidently sold and what a mess that would have been. So they continue to honor the old tickets.
