Tickets added onto resort key

If you purchase tickets in advance from Disney.com, can they add it on to your key? Does it cost more to buy them at the resort when you get there, or can you purchase in advance then put them on your key?

I think if you order with a will call pickup option, you can now pick them up at the resort, and have the ticket coded to your room key. But I'm not certain. My wife is calling to find out. I'll post the results.

If not, the only way to have your ticket coded to your room key is to purchase as part of a package, or to purchase the tickets at resort check in.

She got off the phone WDW Information, and yes. You can pick tickets up Will Call at the resort.

Thank you! It is so much easier than separate tickets, and it looks even cheaper on Disney.com than any of the ticket brokers.

The prices you see on disney.com do not include tax. The tax will be added when you add them to your cart and checkout.

There's not a substantial savings by purchasing in advance. An advance purchase 7 day, expiring, hopping ticket is $237.50 in advance. Gate price is $249.21. That's about a 4.5% discount by purchasing in advance.

I also booked room and tickets separate and yes they put my 10 day nonexpiring tickets on my room key. I was nervous about them being paper!
