Has anybody ever ordered passes from Ticketmania? Any trouble with them? I have found that they have the cheapest price but I am always cautious ordering from a place that I know nothing about. maybe I should just order the passes online from Disney instead

We ordered our tickets through Tickemania just before we left. We left it too long to receive them by mail. We had them delivered to guest services at FW ($5 cost saved us bothering after 24hr drive) and they were there when we arrived. We had great service with prompt confirmations. We would use them again.

I, too, ordered my tickets from Ticketmania too late and had to have them delivered to Pop. I was very leary about this especially since we were arriving on a Sunday and their office was only open until noon. I didn't know what we'd do if they weren't at the hotel when we got there. But the package was waiting when we checked in during the early afternoon.

I too have used them multiple times and have been so impressed with their service. Great prices and prompt service. I love the fact that they include shipping in their prices, and there is no additional shipping fee to Canada. A lot of companies charge extra for shipping and then charge more for Canadian addresses. I found that even if the prices were cheaper with other companies, the shipping made it more expensive than ticketmania.
