I purchased tickets from here on 2/14. I haven't received them yet and it has been 8 business days. I'm getting concerned. Anyone remember how long it took to receive your tickets?

You might feel better if you call and talk to them. I bought tickets from them and had them delivered to a hotel without problem - but I did call to follow up, just so I would feel better.

I purchased mine around then, too - I got an email saying they would be sent on 2/22 - I haven't got them and it's 2/25 - I am kind of worried too - guess I'll call and see what's up. I'll probab;y wait 'til Monday - I hate stressing about this

Umm, I better order mine now then, maybe they are backed up with all the orders since they are running the shipping special, Also they do state that they pick there tickets up on certain days and to allow up to 12 business days. Hopefully you'll get them soon.

I ordered my tickets Feb. 11 and received them Feb. 22. Exactly 11 days. I got an email stating that they would be shipped on Feb.17 and should receive them by the 24th. Remember that there was a holiday in there, so that could be part of the delay.

I ordered mine on 2/15 and they arrived on 2/23. Perhaps it depends upon the type of tickets that you ordered. I ordered a 10-day MYW Premium pass (non-expiry).

Just a vote of confience for Ticketmania...We have used them several times in the past and never had ANY problem! Don't remember how long it took tickets to arrive (I ordered insanely early) but they did and they were perfect. I have seen a few people over the years have a hard time getting their tickets to work and this has never happened with Ticketmania.

We also ordered our tickets in early Feb. and were told in an email that they'd ship on 2/16 for delivery no later than 2/23. I know they arrived a few days prior to the 23rd. I also remember thinking that it was taking FOREVER for them to arrive... But when they finally did... !!

I ordered my tickets on 2/14 and received them yesterday (2/25). The package was postmarked 2/22.

The shipping is FREE so they are using standard shipping, whereas most of us are probably accustomed to the (highly priced) shipping the vendors who charge use. I ordered dinner show tickets from them and once they were shipped, I received them in about 3 days. However, I know they keep dinner show tickets on hand usually, and have to pick up the theme park tickets, so that factors into the total time you wait.

Still worried. I e-mailed them, no response, called my cc company and they have processed the order. Have never received any communication from Ticketmania. Anyone else ever had this happen?

I ordered 2 adult hopper passes (4 day) and just noticed that I could have had them for 10 cheaper straight from Disney. What gives? I could kick myself!
