Ticketmania mistake - would should I do?

We bought 10 day, non-expiry, park hopping MYW tix from Ticketmania for our trip last week. They were delivered to the hotel as promised. However, I noticed on the back of the ticket it says "10 day non-expire park hopper w/5 MPP ". To me that means that these tickets also have the Magis Plus Pack option on them. I definitely did not pay for the MPP.

I didn't actually verify this while at WDW, and I didn't want to take time from my vacation to deal with Ticketmania. Is there someone I can call to verify what options are on these tickets? Should I call Ticketmania? Would you? Or would you just use the tickets as is and enjoy the fruits of their error?

I would call and check. That way you will know for sure.

You should have had disney scan the ticket to see what days were on it. If the ticket was scanned with your fingerprint I would not bother to call ticketmania since then it would be a hassle to exchange the ticket. Also there is no way to find out the days left on a ticket unless you go to a park. I would double check what you paid to make sure you were not charged for the pluses.

I recently had a similar error--I ordered two child and two adult tickets, and received four adult tickets.

If you've already used the tickets, there is nothing you can do. If you haven't, call TM, and explain the situation. Depending on how far out your trip is, you should have time to send back these tickets and have them send you replacements.

My initial call was not helpful. Through other contacts, I was put in touch with one of the managers, who was *very* helpful, and resolved the situation without inconvenience to me. They were also pleased that I was willing to call them about an error that, after all, would have been in my favor had I let it go, sold the adult tickets, and bought the child tickets. However, I did not feel right doing that.

My understanding is that most agents at TM are very courteous---if you find one that is not, just ask to speak with a manager, and you'll get a lot farther.

My guess is that, with the large number of new tickets, there will be several of these sorts of errors until folks there have more experience.
