Ticketmania and delivery to hotel?

We're staying off site our first night and I thought about ordering thru ticketmania for my parents, but it appears the estimated shipping time is cutting it too close to our trip. I saw I can also have it delivered to a hotel front desk.

Has anyone ever done this? My dad felt odd about it, so I thought I should see if anyone else has done this.

So they'll drop it off to the front desk in the morning and when we check in that night it should be there?

Did they only deliver on certain days?

I'm pretty sure they deliver every day. You tell them your arrival date when you purchase the tickets. When we checked in, I asked if there was a package for me.
