Has anyone bought and used tickets from either ticketmaina or connections? Have you had any trouble using them at the parks? Are they the "credit card" type or are they paper? Any comments would be much appreciated! Thanks All!
We bought Connections tickets for out Oct. trip and used them without any problems. They were paper tix. We decided to upgrade to APs before we left and wound up getting a great deal on our tix, because the CM upgraded to Disney tix 1st (without charge) and then upgraded us to the AP. So we got the Ap for the difference between the Disney gate price and AP price.
I have used Ticketmania as well, with no problems at all.
I recommend that you use them instead of Connections. At least with Ticketmania you are under no obligation of getting into trial periods and the possibility of getting hosed when you want to cancel.
And, if you join Mousesavers.com's list you may get special savings not offered to the general public at Ticketmania!
what mousesavers list do you have to get on to get special deals at ticketmainia and how do you get on it? I iwll be buying 6- 7 day hopper plus passes for our june trip.
Have you read the recent threads on Paramount International's ticket prices? If you buy 6 day or higher Plus tickets you get a voucher for a free character breakfast for each ticket ordered! I thought I'd found the best deal w/ an online broker until someone told me about Paramount.
We stick with Ticketmania now because of all the problems with Connections. We got 2 adult and 2 child 5 day hoppers with 4 + (instead of the usual 2) for $900 including shipping. This was back in July but I understand that they offer this type of a special from time to time. I found out about it from a Mousesavers newsletter. Paramount also has some great prices/perks and many people on this board have used them and had good experiences with them. I guess the bottom line is I'd try to stay away from Connections. All of the trouble just doesn't seem worth it.
I ORDERED FROM TICKETMANIA 9 DAYS AGO THEY SAID I WOULD RECIEVE THEM BY THE 17TH. I RECIEVED THEM TODAY WITH A BUNCH OF BROCHURES AND COUPONS. THEY ARE PAPER TICKETS.
I ordered from Ticketmania in August and was extremely happy. I ordered last minute and had them delivered to the front desk at OKW. They were there before I arrived. When I ordered them the person I spoke to told me I could save $10.00 by picking them up.
