Ticketless package DDP on split stay

I have a room only at YC for 3 nights (booked through Hotels.com) followed by a room only at BC for 5 nights (booked w/ Disney). Can I still add the DDP to the second reservation by doing a ticketless package? I would then get 5 days worth of credits that could only be used during the BC part of the stay correct? I just realized all but one of our character meals are on the last five days of the trip and we may actually come out ahead by adding the DDP. In a perfect world I would somehow be able to stretch the credits out by using some early while we are still at YC, but I’m assuming they wouldn’t become available for use until the day we check into BC?

All correct. Check in day to midnight of check out day for the BC portion of the trip, only. You have to call to do the ticketless package as it won't show online.

I've gotten ticketless packages with the DDP many times to go with our Canadian-only tickets I get for "free" with our Airmiles points. I simply call and ask if I can get a ticketless package. The only thing is that I never added it an existing room-only reservation. Just call and see what they can do for you.

1. Yes, you have to call, but you can book a ticketless package. Just note that since it will be a package all the rules of a package reservation will apply (e.g. deposit of $200 and they might have to refund your one night deposit you already paid on the room only reservation and charge the package deposit because room only and packages are separate departments). Additional rules for packages include final payment will be due 30 days before check in date and there are additional rules/fees/penalties regarding changes made within 30 days of arrival.

2. Credits are based on the number of nights you are booking, but the credits will be available from check in day to 11:59 PM of check out day.

3. Sorry, but you won't be able to use the any of the credits until the day you check into the YC.
