I am always trying to save a buck on Disney visits. We have never visited either of the water parks, but are considering it for this next trip. I considered buying the water park package deal, but I am sure we will not spend more than a day at the water park. So my question is this: If I buy park hoppers for the four primary parks, is it more cost effective to purchase a single day pass for a water park, as opposed to the package? We would not use any of the other perks, except perhaps a round of peewee golf. We are not worried about seeing the indoor theme park, or real golfing. Any experienced DIS'ers have any advice?:confused3

Up-to-date ticket prices can be found here:

Get out a pencil and calculator! You'll want to compare the cost of a hopper with water park addon vs. a hopper + 1-day water park ticket. They cost for a child's water park ticket is less than the cost of an adult ticket, but it costs the same amount for the water park addon regardless of whether it is an adult's pass or a child's pass. The numbers will also be influenced by whether you purchase the water park addon at the same time that you buy the hopper addon, of if you opt to add it on later.

If you have Park Hopper option on your tickets, then the WPF&M add-on option will be much less than a stand-alone water park admission.

If you have at least a 4-day ticket, PH alone costs $60.
If you have at least a 4-day ticket, WPF&M alone costs $60.
If you have at least a 4-day ticket, PH plus WPF&M Combo costs $86. Therefore, adding WPF&M to a ticket that already has PH would cost $26.
A one-day Water Park ticket would cost $53.
All prices before tax.

You get as many WPF&M entries as there are park days on your ticket. If you do mini-golf, it has to be started before 4pm. There's 2 water parks, and each counts as one entry admission, even on the same day. But, you can leave a water park, and return to the same water park-same day for no additional entry admission.

Thank you! I just could not figure out the math. You know when you look at something too long, and you cnnot make sense of any of it...So Thanks again. That answered my question completely!
