Ticket window near handicap parking?

We're buying FL-resident passes for ourselves and the in-laws for next month. If you order online, they only provide vouchers until you show up at a ticket window to show ID.

Rather than hauling FIL out of bed early (after a 5 hour drive the day before) and having to fight the morning lines...

I was wondering which park/area would have the ticket window/guest services closest to the handicap parking area for us to swing by and activate our passes the night before? That way, setting up his wheelchair and making the trip will be as short as possible.

If there's a better place near regular parking, that's ok too! But I'm under the impression that his handicap sticker will get us closer?

I would say Dhs for handicap parking and followed by Epcot. Or using a Epcot resort and taking the boat to Epcot and using their ticket windows but for he easiest would Dhs.

Ok cool thanks. I fear the boat would just make the whole "trip" too long. FIL is likely to show up cranky after being in the car so long. I just wanna get everyone in, out, & squared away. Then then next morning we can head straight to the turnstiles :)

Okay yeah then Dhs or Epcot would be best.

I would suggest one of the water parks. The problem (during most of the year) is that we close at 5:00pm and we will close the Guest Relations window about an hour later when the last Guest has departed the park. We can activate or sell APs at the water parks.

Glad to know it! That's a great idea. Do the 3-4day resident tickets also activate there?

Also, DTD is an option with vouchers. I mention this because that way you won't have a stop at a parking lot attendant (patchy whether they will accept the voucher and issue free parking).

No fee to park at the water parks, as I remember and parking at DTD was a bear without the current lot closures, I can only imagine how it is today!
