Ticket Vouchers

Does anyone know if when you book a package with Virgin you can exchange your park ticket voucher in your Disney Resort or do you have to go to one of the parks?

Also can you add your pre-purchased tickets to your room key?

We added everything (Disney-wise) to our KTTW when we checked in They just take the vouchers and do it all at the front desk

If you booked a room and ticket package that would be correct. Whether or not you have flights included has no effect on this.

We have booked a full package with flights, 14 day ultimate tickets and dining plan (with Virgin, not direct with Disney) so I was hoping that when I check in we can just hand over our vouchers and have everything on our KTTW card
From what you are saying it sounds like we can

Got my voucher from Virgin on Saturday and it says exactly that, (you can add it to your key that is ) unfortunatly we are staying off site so have to wait till we get to a park to exchange ours
