Can anyone tell me if the "ticket usage" email still works? I know it says up to 14 days, but how long does it generally take them to get back to you?
I sent pics of the front/back tix, my ID, and most of the requested info (I don't know where I purchased them...it's been years), but I still haven't heard back and we leave next weekend.
