Ticket upgrades at Pop Century?

We leave for Pop in 3 wks and are booked thru AAA on the free dining package. Currently we do not have park hoppers, but think we might like to upgrade them once we get there. Can this be done? Is there an extra fee for it since we will be doing it there instead of in advance? Can we do this at Pop or do we have to go somewhere else to upgrade to the park hoppers?

The upgrade will be about 35 dollars each. But you can just go to guest services in the parks to do the upgrade.

You would probably be better off upgrading the tickets at POP with the lobby concierge/guest services. The line will be much shorter.
