Ticket upgrade question

I hope you all can help. We currently have 7 day PHP tickets and was wonderin' how much credit I would get towards an AP or an PAP? Also, can you trade/upgrade them for UPH pass? The reason for the AP is the room discount and the reason for the UPH pass is because we may want to do Disneyquest.
