Ticket Upgrade question

Is it possible to purchase a multiday ticket and then upgrade it to an annual pass if we think we will utilize it? We are relatively local and going for a weekend visit but I'm not sure how often we'll go with two little ones. I'd love to wait until we've spent the weekend there to decide.

yes, you can apply the cost of your present pass/ticket to upgrade to the AP.
