I thought I estimated everything so our tickets on our free dining package would have left about $100-200 to upgrade our four 3-day hoppers to four silver passes, but I just looked at current prices and found this...
Current value 3-day hoppers: $367.43
Current value Silver Pass (renewal):
$351.45
Maybe I originally calculated with new passes and not the renewal price... Maybe the ticket prices changed... I'm not sure.
Anyway, now I see we may have slightly overpaid. I know they are not supposed to refund overage in a case like this... however...
Another thing I have been considering is upgrading just one of the passes to Gold for the photo benefit.
I'm wondering if we get ONE Gold Pass (with a current renewal cost of $496.29)... will some of the overage left from the overpaying on three silver passes possibly be applied to the price of the one gold upgrade? I'm not sure if this is all done within one family/one transaction if this might work?
I'm not expecting this to work, but I figured I'd ask so I don't kick myself later if I could have saved even more...
