Hi, and Happy New Year!
Quick question for a newbie. If I bought the base $99 ticket, could I upgrade later? Not interested in the annual passport but may be interested in adding on Busch Gardens or Discovery Cove. Just don't want to lose the $99 rate now that the new year is here.
