Went to US last Friday (Dec. 9th). I had purchased a special annual pass voucher a couple of years ago but didn't get a chance to use it until this trip. When I went to guest services they said the ticket had expired. I told them when I purchased them there was nothing on the web site or nothing on the ticket that stated they needed to be activated before a certain date. The lady basicly said tough you need a new ticket. She allowed me to purchase a power pass for the internet price. She wouldn't let me talk to a manager I could only fill out a written complaint. I filled out the complaint but is there anything else I can do now. I made a copy of my tickets before I left so I still have a copy of the numbers from the ticket. Thanks for any help you can give.
