Ticket snafu

We are going to WDW Aug 9 - 19. For the 13 - 19, we are on the free dining plan. I made reservations & bought tickets. Since they make the 7 day tix so much cheaper, we got those & added the water parks & more. So that gave us 13 admissions (7 to parks, 6 "pluses"). Knowing that we couldn't use those in 6 days, I added another reservation for the 9 - 13.
They are telling me I can't get my tix until the 13. That defeats the purpose of the additional reservation. Any ideas how to get my tix when we get there?

If your tickets are part of the package, as they must be, I think you might be out-of-luck. Can you change your extra days to AFTER your package vacation dates?
 
I don't know that my tix are part of a "pkg", I just have to have 1 day of tix to qualify on the meal plan. Obviously, if the tix start the 10th (day after I check in), I will have plenty left on my 13 days of admissions by Aug 13th, when the free meal plan starts. I understood when I bought the tix that they expired 14 days after 1st use, but it sure didn't say I had to wait until any certain date to begin using them.
I can't move the dates, they were set because of school starting.
 
I called Disney & they said that I could go to Guest Relations at any of the parks & ask them to download the tickets. She was real "non-committal" about the whole thing - said they may or may not do it, but they can.
Does anyone have experience doing this? Where is the best place to go?
