Ticket Questions

Our daughter, son in law, and two granddaughters are meeting us at WDW this week.

We have APs, they will be using regular daily tickets, and we're all staying offsite together. One of the days DD and DSiL will be going to Universal and we'll be taking the littles to AK.

They bought their tickets online and don't have magic bands. I'm assuming they can use Magic Mobile on their iphones to get in. My question is, on the day that we have the little girls (ages 5 and 2) with us, does the 5 year old need to have a physical ticket to get in? Can we have her ticket on our phones, too? We have Android phones, if that makes a difference.

Also, assuming we're able to score a RotR BG, can they use their phones where you usually have your magic band scanned?

I suggest that they stop at a ticket booth or GR at some point before y'all split up and get her a hard plastic ticket card. That way when the 5 y/o is with you, you or she can scan her ticket directly - much less hassle. (And of course there's always the possibility that someone might buy someone else a pretty MB as a souvenir.) I'm not sure whether the same ticket can be attached to more than one phone or not - good question!
