Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place.. Our friends are staying at the Four Seasons so they only get 30 days to make fast passes. They will be buying tickets directly though Disney. Will they have to wait for the tickets to arrive in the mail and then link them to their MDE accounts? Or will they be able to link them at the time of purchase and make fast passes automatically (if they are within the 30 days)

With the hurricane we don't want to even try asking Disney (if their phones are even working)

If they buy them online through their MDE account they will be almost immediately in their account. You just need the ticket numbers which you should get immediately when you buy them.

Not all of the phone centers for WDW are located in Florida.

They have phone centers for different things all over the place, many outside of florida but some around florida. They also have individual phone agents that work from home spread out all over the place. They also have the need to keep the phones going in times of need so like other companies, they spread out.

Even with phone representatives spread out, I'm sure they're pretty slammed right now with guest inquiries, so I think it was a good decision to check here first.
