Thanks up front for any and all help on this one. For Christmas, I booked a studio at BWV for my brother and his girlfriend. I also paid for there airfare, rental car and I want to include 3 days of park tickets each. Tickets are somewhat of a gray area for me since I have done annual passes in the past. We now do the 10 day MYW PHP with no expiration. Do I call MS to add on the 3 day tickets for each of them? All I really want is 3 days of tickets that would expire at the end of there trip, with no park hopping options or plus features. What is the best way to do this, through MS or ordering them on my own? :confused3

You can buy discount tickets right here on the DIS:

Discount Tickets

The MouseSavers newsletter usually has ticket specials (from Ticketmania) each month. The newsletter comes once a month on the 15th and if you alren't already getting it, you can sign up at the MouseSavers website.

I think you will do better buying in advance via one of the online ticket brokers than you will just adding the tickets via MS. Of course, I know you will factor shipping costs before you decide on the best deal, LOL.

How nice of you to treat your brother. Does he know how lucky he is to have you? :teeth:

Best wishes -

Thanks for the advice, I'll check those options and price it out. As for my brother he was so appreciative that it made the time and the expense so worth it. I hope he enjoys WDW as much as our family does.

Thanks again,

You know, we were in the same spot this past December. Later in the year (Oct. of Nov) I was able to buy a special ticket that expired 12/31: it was good for 2 days or 3 park days days, plus disneyquest, and had PH, all for a very reasonable price. I bought it through mousesavers/discount tickets. A friend of mine purchased similar tickets off ebay for her family. Now I don't know if they'll have this special ticket again, but it wouldn't hurt to wait and see. It worked our great for our situation.

mousesavers link through the email newsletter had very good prices. The ticket broker they use had a 7 day myw park hopper, which is what I am buying at $237 all tax and fees included. The disney price to buy online is almost $252 and $259.58 at the gate. Worth checking out. You just need to sign up for the newsleter and it will have a link in it. I think they send out the newsleters around the middle of the month. Mine was Jan. 15th last time. Also, I'm not sure if your guests are only there for 3 days, but if they were there longer, the extra days are only around $2-3 per day extra on the passes. Something to consider. The 3 day, no extras pass is $190, 4 day and 5 day passes are $200, 6 day is $201, 7 day is $202,etc. There is only a $2 difference in the 3 day pass to buy from the ticket broker, but as an example at 7 day ticket at the gate is $217.26 and it is $202 with the newsletter link for a no extras passes(no park hopping, expire in I think 14 days after the first days use). The prices get better the more days you need.

Goodluck
