Ticket Questions - Please help experts!

Hi!

I have a few questions about Annual Passes/Tickets.

First, about how much would an annual pass cost for an adult and a 10 year old child? I have never thought about getting an annual pass, but am starting to think about going down for Christmas this year, and already are planning a week in June.

Also, if you use an annual pass, can you still book the Disney Dining Plan? We LOVE that plan, and enjoy paying for our meals up front. We are thinking of going down for about 6 days over Christmas break, and about 7 days in June.

What is your advice? I would love to hear from you!

That link Bob gave is excellent and well worth a read, but to answer one of your specific concerns, no, there is no dining plan available to AP holders.

However, you can get a membership into the Disney Dining Experience (only for APers and Floridians), which gets you 20% off everything but tax on most table service, and a few selected counter service (value resorts and AK), restaurants throughout WDW. It costs $50 for APers (one card is good for up to 8 people), and $75 for residents who aren't APers.

I'm just in a quandry here! There will be three of us, and we are hoping to go down in December for about 6 days to just "absorb the Christmas atmosphere", and then back again in June for a week for our anniversary!

Just can't decide!!!

I'm trying to figure out the same thing. We're going down in May for sure and then back in either December '07 or February '08, so an AP would work for us. There are so many variables, I'm having a hard time figuring it all out. Good luck to you -- sorry I'm no help!
