I have a some days left on my tickets from last year. However when I bought them my DD was 9...well this year she is not. Can I upgrade hers to a adult or do I have to buy her a new one.....also....doesn anyone know how much it costs??

Thank you

Not 100% sure, but I don't think you have to do anything. If you buy a child pass and use extra days after he/she is 10, that pass still works. But I would verify thru Disney.

It costs nothing for your child (you accompany her to Guest Relations) to convert her partly used pass to adult. All the unused days and plusses will still be there.

Chances are, she being only 10, no one will notice if she doesn't bother to upgrade the pass and just uses it.

Now the bad bad news! If you have to buy her (or yourself) another pass to finish the vacation with, the dollar savings by using up the old pass(es) now may be very small. Trading what was once a child pass towards the purchase of a new pass is probably not much better. She may be better off converting the pass to adult, putting it in the room safe, and having a brand new pass for this entire vacation. An old pass is best used during a vacation when no new passes are needed, or for a 1, 2, or 3 day vacation.

If you already decided on ten day non-expiring passes for everybody, then it does not matter whether old passes are used first.
