Ticket Question

Hi All! I've been to Disney several times, but never Universal. I recently booked through a TA, who has been great, but I'm a little confused about something. Universal tickets are printed when I get to my resort? We are staying at Royal Pacific and being used to Disney that is so strange to me, to not have my tickets in hand before I get there. It makes me nervous, as well as not being able to link my booking to their app. This is normal, right? I just want to make sure I am doing this right! We have a while before we go, but as an OCD Disney planner I keep thinking I'm missing something.

If you booked as part of a package, yes you will pick up your tickets when you check in. This is nothing unusual.

There is no reason/need to have your tickets beforehand as it's not like Disney where you have to book FP+ ahead of time against your tickets.
