Ticket question.

So, my mom spur of the moment wants to go to Magic Kingdom with us today. Problem is she was going to do Epcot at first but changed her mind. So she only has a ticket for the other 3 parks. Can she upgrade that to a magic kingdom ticket? Also, where would be the best place to do it when arriving at rope drop? Thanks for the help!

1. Yes.
2. Any ticket booth or Guest Relations outside any park or at TTC.
(At MK gates, it's at #9 on the map below.)
Arrive earlier than you were planning just in case there is a bit of a line.
