Is there a way to find out (from home) how many days are left on a never expires ticket? Also, how do I prioritise a new ticket to be used before the never expire ticket?

Thank you

From the Tickets FAQ at disneyworld.com LINK:
Q. How can I determine the number of days remaining on a theme park ticket?
A. When you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, please show your ticket to a Cast Member at any of the following locations:
  • Ticket windows at theme parks and water parks
  • Concierge desks at Disney Resort hotels
  • Guest Relations at the Disney Springs
If you wish to check from home, please email us at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following:
  1. Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
  2. Photograph or scan of a government-issued ID
  3. Your full name
  4. Phone number where you can be reached during the day
Please keep the total email size, including attachments, below 2 MB. To ensure your email is less than 2 MB, you may need to compress your images or send multiple emails.

We’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible, but it normally takes 14 business days for a response.

Or, you can try to schedule fastpasses for the next few days and see how many days it allows.

To prioritize your tickets, you need to visit guest relations before you enter the park.

Thank you, I am just confused because I thought we all had 6 days and I inadvertently made 7 days worth of fast passes for a couple of us. I'm guessing those people may have 7 and I just want to make sure.
