Ticket question????

Ok, I need some accurate info, preferably from a CM who works in ticketing.

If I have tickets left from a package, can someone else take those tickets and upgrade/use them?

I seem to remember there being an issue with tickets that were purchased as part of a WDW package, and that they could not be used by anyone else.

Is this right, or can I give them to extended family members to use on their vacation? They would need to upgrade the tickets.

Anybody have any info for me on this?

2- Anyone can use new, never activated tickets.
3- Yes.
4- OK.
5- I'm Anybody, and I do.
