Am I understanding this right? I already have rooms booked, but in order to pick FP+ times I need to link a pass to it. Can I buy a one day pass and still pick out FP+ times for the whole stay? And then upgrade the passes at check in to the number of days we really need?

If I only need 1 day passes, does it have to be a MK one day pass, or can it be the slightly cheaper pass for Epcot/DS/AK?

1- Yes.

2- Nope.

3- You can pre-book only one day.
Then, after you upgrade you can pre-book FP+ for the remainder of the days on your upgraded ticket.

4- I don't think it will matter at all, but for the extra $5 for the MK one-day ticket, you're
covered, and you'll "get the $5 back" when you purchase the upgrade.
